Cellular IoT controller
27x
DIIOT-27x · DYSCO INDUSTRIAL INTERNET OF THINGS
Signal acquisition and data transmission over a cellular network. The 27x combines 4 digital inputs, 2 relay outputs, 4 analog inputs and 2 PT100 inputs, with RS232 and RS485 Modbus RTU for connecting field equipment.
Cellular bands, operator, SIM and receiving-system compatibility are confirmed for supply. The −200 to +800 °C range applies to PT100 measurement, not enclosure ambient temperature.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
What is the model of the 27x equipment?
The equipment name is 27x and its full model is DIIOT-27x. This page presents the cellular variant for signal acquisition and data transmission.
Which networks and protocols does it use?
The cellular variant covers 4G LTE, 3G and 2G, subject to operator coverage and availability. It offers TCP, UDP, MQTT and SMS modes. The RS485 port uses Modbus RTU and RS232 operates in transparent mode.
Which signals can it receive?
It has 4 opto-isolated digital inputs at 3–24 VDC with pulse counting, 2 × 4–20 mA inputs, 2 × 0–10 V inputs and 2 PT100 inputs for 2- or 3-wire connections. It also includes 2 SPDT relay outputs.
Can it be installed outdoors?
The IP30 enclosure is intended for indoor applications. An exposed installation requires assessment of an enclosure and protection conditions suitable for the site.
What happens if the cellular connection is interrupted?
Configured trigger conditions and actions can operate locally even when the network drops. Remote data transmission requires the cellular connection to be restored.
