You may browse the website and use its channels to make legitimate enquiries about published services, equipment and resources. Respect applicable law and third-party rights. Malicious code, unauthorised access attempts, interference, impersonation, abusive or fraudulent communications are prohibited. Do not send secrets, passwords or third-party information you are not authorised to disclose.
3. Information and contracts
Content is informational. Project cases describe completed work; they do not imply client endorsement or guarantee results for other projects. Sensor-family specifications, scope, distance and battery life depend on model, configuration, installation and operating conditions. Selection and any certification claim must be confirmed against the applicable unit documentation. This website does not replace engineering assessment or equipment safety instructions. A WhatsApp, email or telephone enquiry does not by itself form a contract, accepted order or binding offer; prices, deliverables, warranties and service terms belong in the relevant proposal or contract.
4. Intellectual property and references
Content, designs, photographs, trademarks and resources are protected by their respective owners’ rights. You may share website links and quote information with attribution as permitted by law. Reproduction, modification or commercial exploitation requires the owner’s permission where applicable. Client and third-party marks identify products, technologies or experience; they do not transfer rights or imply affiliation or sponsorship.
5. Software and downloads
Software pages link to documentation, repositories and releases hosted on GitHub. Each tool is governed by the licence and terms in its repository and release; these terms do not replace those licences. Before installing or running software, check requirements, documentation, source and compatibility, make backups and use an authorised environment. Diagnostic tools or tools that write to industrial equipment require authorisation and appropriate controls. Release availability and updates depend on the relevant project.

Third-party links, including WhatsApp, Google, GitHub and cloudLOGGER SCADA, facilitate contact or resource access.
